Which credit cards do
you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover/Novus cards. This includes all card types which
are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa
check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard,
etc.
Do you accept other forms
of payment online, such as paper checks, online checks,
or EFT transfers?
You may contact us for all other payment options.
If you would like to pay by check or some
other financial arrangement, you may call, write, or email
your request and we would be happy to accommodate you..
How do I place an order?
For credit card
orders, use our convenient online shopping cart by selecting
items using the
button next to the item you would like to purchase and then
pressing the

How secure is this site
especially when entering my credit card?
When you check out and are ready to enter
personal information such as a credit card number, the information
is sent over a secure encrypted channel called SSL (Secure
Socket Layer). This protects the information from fraudulent

Will my personal information
(such as name and address) be sent to anyone for advertising
purposes?
No! Never! This information is only for use
in preparing your order and for With a Name's own mailing
list. We will never sell, share, lease, or provided in any
way to anyone outside of With a Name. Learn

How long does it take
once I place an order?
We strive for a one week turn-around to personalize
and ship your order. We ship using UPS Ground for most orders.
With shipping and personalization, it typically takes between
one and three weeks. We stock our more popular items, so
typically we can get your item to you within a week, but
since shipping times may vary, we cannot make specific guarantees.
If you need a gift fast, make sure you include
the date you need your order delivered. If we are not able
to meet your date (using standard shipping), we will contact
you immediately BEFORE we process your order so you can
decide how we should proceed including canceling your order
for a full refund.
Do I need to add a name
to the item?
Absolutely not. This gift will be created
just the way you want it. Just write "NONE" for
the Personalization name and we will not include the name
anywhere on the item.
Where will the name appear
on the item?
Unfortunately, it is difficult to describe
since it depends on the item and the design chosen. Of course,
if you have a specific location you are shooting for, mention
that during checkout on the field labeled "Other notes
or Instructions". You can also write "CALL ME"
in the field labeled "Personalizaton Name" so
a representative can contact you for further clarification
of the name.
What if I like the item,
but none of the designs seem to suite my taste?
We certainly can work this out. Simply decide
what kind of design theme you want and then follow the steps
for a special request. Learn

What if the product comes
and I don't like the design?
Our designs should not be significantly different
than what is pictured on this site. If we make an error,
we will replace the item at no cost to you. No refunds are
given for any item after it has been personalized. Learn
more about our Return Policy.
What if the product breaks
in shipping?
Contact us and let us know. We will replace
the broken item at no cost to you.
